Jennifer L. Lawther, a partner with NRS Injury Law, focuses her practice in workers’ compensation litigation. She has been in private practice since 1996. She successfully argued the following case before the Supreme Court of Ohio.

Jim Falvey is an attorney at NRS Injury Law, and his practice focuses on workers’ compensation cases. Jim has been practicing law since 2001 and has significant trial and appellate experience as Plaintiff’s counsel.
During law school, Jim worked as a law clerk in the Cleveland office of the Ohio Attorney General, assisting in the workers’ compensation division.
Prior to joining NRS Injury Law, Jim worked at a Cleveland area personal injury firm, where he tried numerous cases to verdict and successfully negotiated multiple seven figure settlements for clients.
Jim lives in Mentor, Ohio with his wife Valarie and daughters Sadie and Sienna.

Terry Jennrich, an attorney with NRS Injury Law, has represented injured clients since 1986. His trial practice experience includes a wide variety of personal injury litigation, including asbestosis, wrongful death claims, auto accident claims, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, premises liability, and Social Security disability claims.

He has argued cases in Municipal Court, Common Pleas Court, the Court of Appeals and Federal District Court as well as the Industrial Commission and the Hearings and Appeals of the Social Security System.

Terry, a resident of Medina, Ohio, practices T’ai Chi-ch’uan and is an avid competitive ballroom dancer.

Corey Kuzma, an associate attorney with NRS Injury Law, focuses his practice on workers’ compensation. While in law school, Corey was an intern for the city of Cleveland Department of Law. Regularly assisting attorneys within the Department of Civil Litigation, he acquired both experience and passion in the field. Corey has argued at administrative proceedings, civil jury trials, and court of appeals on behalf of his clients during his time at this firm.

Corey resides in Lakewood, Ohio with his wife Emma.

Margaret T. Whitmore, an associate attorney with NRS Injury Law, focuses her practice on workers’ compensation. Prior to joining NRS, Margaret worked in personal injury and estate planning at a small firm in Fairview Park, Ohio. Margaret was an associate who worked on the plaintiff’s side of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents and nursing home negligence. She also created wills, trusts, and estate planning for families from Northeast Ohio. In turn, she handled estate administration in Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Country Probate courts.

While in law school, Margaret focused her studies on health care law. She was a legal extern in the Compliance & Ethics Department at University Hospitals. She earned a Certificate in Health Law from Cleveland-Marshall’s Center for Health Law & Policy. She also was given a ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in Health Law.

Margaret is a resident of Rocky River. In her free time, Margaret enjoys taking as many yoga classes as she can, running, and spending time with her parents and seven siblings.
